Summer is really the season of fun and exciting activities for most people. The most common idea of leisure activities during summer is spending time at the beach. Some people may even plan holding a party at the beach to make the day of swimming, playing and sun bathing more enjoyable. For some who cannot afford to go to the beach, they can just hold a beach themed pool party at home. Beach theme party favors like hats, small bottles of lotion and others are great for this kind of party.

Kids would certainly love a beach themed pool party. Planning it would be easier as compared to an adults’ pool party. Beach balls, sand pails and toys party favors that are associated with the beach like the toys that look like shells, star fishes and beautiful stones. For adults’ beach themed party, you can choose coconut shaped bikini tops or things that they can bring home and put on display as a keepsake.

Having a beach themed party doesn’t mean that you are stuck with the ideas of sand and star fishes. You can still make your party more interesting by choosing a particular beach for your theme. For example, you can choose one of the popular “pink” beaches of the Bahamas as the theme of your party, or your can go with a Caribbean theme.
